We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help 😊

1. Eligibility Window
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched products.
- Sale/discounted items
- dupattas/sarees used for trial.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Reasons for Return/Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges for:
- Wrong size or defective/damaged product received.
- Significant color or design mismatch vs what was shown.
- Order not as per invoice.

4. How to Request
- Email/WhatsApp us at tarashkari.tk@gmail.com/ 9878020071* within 7 days with Order ID, photos of the product & issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share the return address.

5. Refunds
- Refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive & check the product.
- COD orders: refund via bank transfer/UPI after return is processed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of our error/defective product.

6. Exchanges
- Subject to stock availability. If size/color not available, we’ll issue store credit or refund.
- For exchanges, customer bears the reshipping cost unless the product was defective/wrong.

7. Damaged/Wrong Product
- Please record an unboxing video and share within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us resolve it fastest.

8. Store Credit
- If you prefer, we can issue store credit valid for 6 months instead of refund.

Note: We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet policy conditions.
